The second floor is one huge space (approximately 4000 square feet) with a 20 feet cathedral ceiling. There are two catwalks that connect the structures, one on the first floor and the other on the second level.

The second adjacent building was built somewhere between 1910 and 1920. This structure is an architectural gem, representative of the Roaring 20s. Built of poured concrete and massive steel beams with walls of glass and soaring ceilings. The ground level has a concrete floor and a 16+ foot ceiling and separate office. The piece de resistance is the fright elevator that lifts us up to the most dramatic studios north of Tribeca. This floor (4000 square feet) has a Bauhaus inspired bungalow, a self contained residence with bedroom, full bath, and eat-in kitchen. It is truly a home - a sun drenched haven.
